Delete your AHU account

This page explains how to delete your AHU Coach account and what happens to your information.

Delete in the app

Open AHU and sign in.
Go to Settings, then your account settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@teahusolutions.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my AHU account". We'll confirm once it's done, within 30 days.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play membership. Cancel that first in your Google Play subscription settings.

What's deleted

Your account details: name, preferred name, email, age range, gender, area, mobile number and login.
Your assessment answers that haven't already been removed under our 6-month limit.
Your link to every Action Plan and reflection you created.

What's kept, and for how long

The categorised content of your plans is kept in anonymised form. It can no longer be connected to you, and may continue to help us improve AHU.
Safety-flagged content, only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal obligations.
Records we're required to keep by law, such as payment records held by Google Play.
